The NC Senate does not want to include money to pay eugenics victims in the state budget. What do you think?

I don't understand home a country who has been making amends for slavery for years can sit by and watch while these Nc officials hired by the people for the peoples best intrests can simply write off thier predicessors wrongs by saying its not in the budget.
This is yet another example of no remorse or care for the people who's parental rights where taken for life by someone with a God like ego.
Those who we have placed in power over us seem to not care what we want as shown with the annexation and the baseball park. I think that as these offices are emptied and new politicians run for the office position the pay scale should revert to what it was before that last official took office. Better yet each office should be held at a base salary with bonus incentives for doing a good job. this would insure that those running for the office where doing it for the people and not the money.
