Like it or not, Mr. Berger was elected by the people.
The voters could and should petition for recall, even if there are no lawful provisions, continued public pressure for his resignation will bring results.
The questionable action by the remaining board members is likely subject to judicial actions as well by depriving voters their lawful representation in county government.
The quiet of the electorate is deafening.

If they cannot work with Berger and he cannot work with them, something would have to give and considering that our democracy is one inwhich majority rules, if they decide to reign him in and a majority vote for it then as long as it is legal, it is done.

I honestly can't believe a person with such bad moral character is allowed to continue to serve on the board. He should step down and stop whining and complaining and allow the county to get on with true government business instead of dealing with his personal issues.
I wish the paper would STOP giving him the attention they do, maybe he would just fade away!
