Nutt Street will be closed for about a quarter of a mile from Hanover Street to Estelle Lee Place. It is scheduled to be closed for 90 days but the city expects it to take longer, depending on the construction schedule. Business nearby, like the Wilmington Railroad Museum, have been notified.
