PPD is stretching its assets further into Europe.
On Monday, the company announced it will acquire Ab.C.R.O., a contract research organization operating in central and eastern Europe.
A spokesperson for PPD said the acquisition will strengthen its foothold in the area and enhance their ability to conduct global trials.
