Race for New Hanover Co. Commission getting crowded

There's a new name in the race for New Hanover County Commissioner. Napier Fuller announced his candidacy today. The Republican commercial real estate broker plans to run on a platform of creating jobs, reforming government and preserving quality of life.

Two County Commission seats will be up for grabs in November. Bobby Greer has announced he won't run again. Bill Caster will seek reelection to his seat.

Republicans Rick Catlin, an engineer, and Charles Dorman, a small business owner, have also announced plans to run for County Commission. On the Democratic side, attorney Deborah Butler and retired businessman Dale Smith have thrown their hats into the ring.
