Renovations complete on community arts center

Renovations to the Community Arts Building downtown are complete. The $2.3 million state of the art facility received a major face lift. Upgraded floors, classrooms, and a brand new elevator are just a few of the new amenities. The building has been around since the 1940's. At 5:30 p.m., several art groups will discuss how to use the facility. Downtown Services Specialist, Kimberly Adams said, "We're short on facilities. There's a lot of different stakeholders and that's why this meeting is important tonight." The grand opening is on July 3. Mayor Bill Saffo will be the special guest
