Sisters accused of kidnapping adopted infant to return to Miss.

RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) -- Two sisters accused of kidnapping a five-month-old girl in Mississippi and fleeing to North Carolina are heading back to their home state to face charges.

The child's biological mother, Jamie Kiefer, and her sister, Rikki Swann, signed documents during a court hearing allowing authorities to take the women back to Mississippi. That's where they each face single counts of kidnapping and armed robbery.

Cumberland County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman says Debbie Tanna says they'll be returned to Mississippi within the next two weeks where they'll be charged.

Until then, she says the women will be held without bond in the Cumberland County jail.

Authorities raided a Fort Bragg apartment Sunday and found the infant with Kiefer.
