Some geared up for St. Patrick's Day at Burchetta Glassblowing Studio

Some people in downtown Wilmington were gearing up for Tuesday's Saint Patrick's Day celebrations a little early. Burchetta Glassblowing Studio and Gallery held an event where people were able make their own Saint Patrick's Day mug. Employees from PPD were there as a team-building exercise. “You design it. We take the glass out of the furnace for you, but you use all the tools and materials and actually create your own beer mug from scratch that you have forever,” described Burchetta president, John Burchetta. Burchetta Glassblowing Studio and Gallery is located on Red Cross Street, between Second and Third streets in downtown Wilmington.
