Wilmington swimmer breaks LSU school record, headed to NCAA championship

Cari Blalock is certainly making a name for herself in her first year on the LSU swim team. Breaking a long-standing school record tends to do that. The Wilmington resident now has her focus on the upcoming NCAA Championship.

Seahawk women's basketball team notches 20th victory of the season

Cynthia Cooper Dyke's team led from start to finish against Northeastern on Sunday afternoon at Trask Coliseum. The Seahawks are now assured of a first round bye in the conference tournament in March.

UNCW senior guard Chad Tomko admits UNCW overlooked Charleston Southern. UNCW head coach Buzz Peterson appreciates Chad's honesty. CSU's head coach admits it may have been CSU's best game of the season. It all adds up to a five point loss on "Homecoming Night" at UNCW.
