Leland Falls in Dixie Youth World Series ---------- South Carolina Claims Title

The Leland 11-12 year old Dixie Youth Baseball team held a 7 run lead, but the squad from Surfside Beach,South Carolina made a miraculous comeback in the 6th and final inning to claim the Dixie title with a 12-9 victory. Leland finishes as the runner-up in the 11-12 year old Dixie Youth AAA division. All of the games were played in Laurel, Mississippi.
