Looking for a good deal this holiday season? The state of North Carolina may be Santa's little helper. The Division of Surplus Property is touting its website as a good place to shop for the holidays. It's full of things like office supplies and furniture, vehicles, exercise equipment, refrigerators, jewelry and electronics. The division is responsible for getting rid of property owned by the state that's considered to be obsolete or no longer needed. It's expected to add $18 million to the state's coffers this year.
