The Wilmington branch of a national building supply company is shutting down.
Stock Building Supply on Military Cutoff Road provides building supplies to contractors and homebuilders, but will soon be closing.
The company is based out of Raleigh. A company spokesperson said they're also shutting facilities in Wilson and Fayetteville.
The spokesperson said Stock filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy last month, but wouldn't confirm how many Wilmington employees will be losing their jobs.
The last normal business day will be June 12th.
