...THE FLOOD WARNING CONTINUES FOR THE FOLLOWING RIVERS IN NORTH CAROLINA..
NORTHEAST CAPE FEAR NEAR BURGAW AFFECTING PENDER COUNTY
LUMBER NEAR LUMBERTON AFFECTING ROBESON COUNTY

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

PEOPLE WITH INTERESTS ALONG THE RIVER SHOULD TAKE THE NECESSARYPRECAUTIONS TO
PROTECT LIFE AND PROPERTY FROM THE FLOOD WATERS.

THE FLOOD WARNING CONTINUES FOR
THE NORTHEAST CAPE FEAR NEAR BURGAW.
* UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...OR UNTIL THE WARNING IS CANCELLED.
* AT 8:30 PM SUNDAY THE STAGE WAS 15.2 FEET.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 10.0 FEET.
* MODERATE FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND MODERATE FLOODING IS FORECAST.
* FORECAST...THE RIVER WILL CONTINUE RISING TO NEAR 15.5 FEET BY TOMORROW
MORNING THEN BEGIN FALLING.
* IMPACT...AT 15.2 FEET...THE APPROACHES TO THE BRIDGE AT LANES FERRY ON HIGHWAY
210 MAY BE FLOODED. MUCH OF WHITE STOCKING ROAD IS CLOSED. AT THE WILDLIFE
RAMP ON SHAW HIGHWAY, RAMP IS UNDERWATER AND PARKING LOT IS HALF FULL OF
WATER.
