1 bag sugar snaps
1 cup diced bell peppers and onions (these can be bought pre-cut in the produce section of most supermarkets)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
1 1/2 tsp pepper, or to taste
Microwave sugar snap peas according to the directions while sauteing peppers and onions in olive oil. Top sugar snaps with sautÈed vegetables and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
