Wilmington Police say a house fire this morning was intentionally set. Investigators say Ronald Joseph Rose, 20, of Wilmington, is charged with breaking and entering and arson.

The Wilmington Fire Department says a house fire early this morning was intentionally set. It happened before 5:30 a.m. at 508 Anderson Street.

WFD crews responded this morning at 5:10 am to a structure fire at 6768 Market Street, Private Dancer.
Investigators have determined that the fire was intentionally set and is now a criminal investigation
