Steve Schnitzler, head of PCJ Ventures LLC, says the coffee house chain was bought Feb. 1 by Black Gold Holdings LLC, which is owned by Wilmington businessman W. Cecil Worsley, III, who also owns an oil and convenience store business in the area.
