The city of Wilmington's urban arborist was arrested Thursday on a fugitive warrant stemming from charges of sexual abuse of a child under 12, according to the US Department of Justice.

Wilmington’s Neuwirth Motors plans to add a Fiat dealership to its portfolio of Chrysler vehicles, the company’s president said Tuesday. John Gillilan said he expects that the Fiat operation will open in October.
