UNCW students react to latest tuition hike

Higher education has a higher price tag. The University of North Carolina Board of Governors voted today to increase tuition for the next school year by more than nine percent. Determined to maintain a high quality academic experience in the face of decreasing state financial support, the University of North Carolina Wilmington Board of Trustees today approved a 6.5 percent tuition increase for the 2012-13 academic year.
