Assistant DA trades in court for military duty

video It is his last week in the District Attorney's Office. Soon Assistant DA Fred Gore will trade his suit and tie for fatigues. Gore is a captain in the National Guard. Next month he heads to training, and by the end of the year gore will ship out to Kuwait for 10 to 12 months.
