Former Marine faces Charlotte murder trial

A former Marine from Charlotte is scheduled for trial this month in an alcohol related wreck that killed a woman nearly three years ago. The Charlotte Observer reported that 34-year-old Eric Jonathan Cox is charged with second-degree murder for the wreck.
