Dozens of teachers in Brunswick County are getting ready for the new school year. They met at Leland Middle School for various workshops. Teachers learned how to use new equipment to enhance classroom learning. Newer curriculums were introduced in math, social studies and english. Superintendent Katie McGhee said, "I am just so excited that kids will be coming back to school next Monday and seeing all the teachers reunite." This is the second year the workshop has been at Leland Middle School. Schools starts in Brunswick County next Monday.
