Three people are now confirmed dead after yesterday's explosion in a factory that produces Slim Jims in Garner, NC.
Officials say 300 workers were in the plant when the blast occurred at ConAgra Foods just east of Raleigh.
The only victim that has been identified by police is 43-year-old Barbara Spears of Dunn.
Thirty-eight employees were injured.
