Three suspects arrested in cold case, detectives looking for one more

A New Hanover County cold case is almost solved, but detectives may need your help. Three men accused of shooting and killing 22-year-old Geoffrey Graham appeared in court Friday. Graham was shot in the head in October of 2007 at his Ogden home. Christian Jones of Hampstead, Nicholas Matasich of Wilmington and Randy Owens of Hampstead are being charged with the first degree murder, robbery and kidnapping. The sheriff's department said these arrests helped give the Graham family a sense of closure. "They're going through another rekindling of the loss of their family member. They are happy the individuals have been arrested, but you have to understand it is just another chapter in the book for them to get closure," said NHC detective K.W. Murphy. One more suspect is wanted in connection with this murder. Detectives are looking for 22-year-old Adam Ward of Hampstead. If you have any information on his whereabouts, please call New Hanover County Sheriff's Office at 910-798-4200.
