Travel slow at Wilmington International Airport

The weather has created travel troubles across much of the country, on the ground and in the air. The good news here, flights have been pretty much coming and going on schedule from Wilmington International. Airport director, John Rosborough, said things have gone quite smoothly, much to the delight of passengers. US Marine, Christian Martir, said, “It's been easy going. I just walked in. I thought I would be a lot busier.” AAA estimates holiday air travel will drop by about eight percent from last year.
