Today’s Troubleshooters Report is an update to a story we first brought you in January.
Ed Gilchrest paid Cash Pools about $12,000 to install a pool at his Monkey Junction home. The pool's heating and cooling system did not work, the salt chlorinator had problems, and the liner leaked, forcing Ed to drain the pool.
Mr. Gilchrest had a hard time getting the folks at Cash Pools to fix the problems, until NewsChannel 3 got involved.
Company owner Chris Cash told WWAY some health problems kept him from getting Ed's pool back in working order more quickly. The winter weather caused further delays.
We are happy to report that within the last week, Cash Pools made all the necessary repairs, and Ed's new and improved pool looks great.
