Two Wilmington men charged with rape, sex crimes

WILMINGTON -- Two Wilmington men are behind bars this morning charged with statutory rape and other sex crimes against a child. New Hanover County Sheriff's detectives arrested 22-year-old Raymond Moore and 20-year-old Curtis James. Both men are charged with multiple counts of statutory rape. Moore is also charged with one count of indecent liberties with a child. He is in the New Hanover County jail under a $50,000 bond. James is under $1 million bond. Both men are still awaiting their court dates.

when they are found guilty no cell needed - give them to the family of the child and the same for the 17 year old babysitter
Can we just kill them if they are convicted? Why do we need to keep these people on the planet?
