Tuition is going up for UNC Wilmington students. The UNC Board of Governors voted this morning to approve an average 3.9% increase of in-state undergraduate tuition and fees at all 16 of its campuses. This means undergrads will pay $71 more at East Carolina and at UNCW, the rate hike translates to a $432 increase. The rate hike now heads to the state legislature for approval.

I have a question

I have heard that Depaulo does not live at the big house downtown at Market and 16th and that the university pays for her to live somewhere else in New Hanover County. Could you tell me if this is true?

Her house was pointed out to

Her house was pointed out to me by a former roomate of mine as being the big one on market, and he is a reliable source. He is very involved and works for the college. So, I belive that is her house. Costs to attend UNCW rise each year. If they would decrease her salary by about 1%, then we would all probably have a free education here, rather than graduating with about $30,000 of debt to pay for college.
