Meanwhile
her Majesty, Queen Bev I, is off out of country on another unannounced vacation.
When is she going to stop vacating and start addressing the real issues facing North Carolinians?
Did she alert Walter Dalton again by memo or did she leave a working agenda of items for him before departing?
And with the state budget in such disarray, who is paying the tab for her security escort?
First Month in Office -- previously planned out of country vacation.
Months later -- trade junket to China
1st Year anniversary in office -- another out of country vacation.
What's the matter, North Carolina vacation spots not good enough? Afraid she might meet some citizens who would chastize her on her dismal performance to date?

Change...if you're lucky...you have some.
