US Attorney's Office charge five locals in mortgage fraud

The US Attorney's Office is charging five local people in connection to mortgage fraud. Daniel and Alford Rooks of Whiteville, Stanley Williams Jr. of Bolivia, Cynthia Greer of Clarendon, and Henry Blake Jr. of Riegelwood are charged with inventing a plan to defraud home buyers, banks, and other lenders to obtain money and property by false pretenses.

Why is no one looking into what the "C"Rooks are doing in SC? Adam and Justin Rooks have been doing their shady business in Horry Co. SC since 2000.Under the name Dunes Developement LLC, and who knows what others,they have sold many modular homes at inflated prices. These are blood suckers and will smile in your face as they place the knife in your back. so IRS,FBI,SLED and whoever else keep up the good work!!!!!! Adam Rooks and his Daddy are some of the biggest crooks around. Maybe they'll get them on drug charges too. Wonder where the fat little brother Justin is? He's usually knee deep in their mess as well. I hope Bubba likes y'all boys. And I'm SOOOOO PROUD of the investigators got you. Kudos to them!! They couldn't have spent their time in a better way than locking you freaks up.
