About Me

Paul Blackmore spent a good majority of growing up visiting various corners of the United States as a military child. His family's travels led them to Jacksonville, just a hop, skip away from Wilmington.

Upon visiting the Port City, Paul appreciated its quirks, and before he realized what had happened, he became a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.

After spending some time working odd jobs and learning life lessons, Paul took a job as a production assistant on WWAY's Good Morning Carolina. Paul took his knocks and kept his nose clean and worked his way up to be a producer, which he feels suits his demeanor quite well.

Paul appreciates good, live rock n' roll, reading a book by the Cape Fear and all things Seahawk. Paul would now like to encourage the News Team to please go do good work.
