ONLY ON 3: Band Director charged with "sexting" sued students for "forking"

We learned today that the North Brunswick High School Band Director charged over the weekend with "sexting" a student sued three other students in 2008 for "forking." Mark Riel sued Noah K. Gotsch, Ethan C. Davis and Benjamin A.G. Lockyear in superior court, claiming the three "persecuted, harassed, intimidated and threatened" him.
