FIRST ON 3 UPDATE: Stacey Scott speaks out about R.C. Soles

Tabor City Police say they found a man lying in the middle of the road early Friday morning. That man was Stacey Scott. Scott says former Sen. R.C. Soles attacked him with a metal pipe, held a gun to his head, and threatened to kill him if he told anyone about what happened. This did not keep Scott from telling his side of the story.
