"Frog" back in hot water; May face $1 million bond like Wright

One of the men at the center of the R.C. Soles saga is back in hot water. Allen "Frog" Strickland is accused of vandalizing the former senators home and law office. This time around, though, Strickland may not be able to get out of jail so easily.
