OH GREAT,that's all we need, like we all aren't having a hard enough time anyway with the gas prices,the cost food and everything else go sky high. Now we can't even enjoy coming to downtown Wilmington.WHAT'S NEXT.YOU MIGHT AS WELL JUST SAY,THAT YOU ONLY WANT THE RICH TO VISIT YOUR TOWN,JUST DON'T FORGET THAT THE MIDDLE CLASS WORKING PEOPLE ARE THE REAL REASON THAT THE RICH ARE RICH!
