I would like to know how people can get away with doing these types of things. So tracy states the truck was unfixable. Why did he have for 6 mths and continue to tell this family he was working on it and had it running.If something can not be fixed it does not take a rocket scientest 6 mths to make that decesion. Something is not right about this man and I don't think he planned on scrapping the truck. I personally have seen the truck under the hood and nothing was ever done. The wiring harness is burnt up so how did he put a new wiring harness on it.
