THE RANT: Someone please buy Brian Berger an alarm clock

It's going to be a very long three-and-a-half-year term if you keep this up, Mr. Berger. You're quickly losing any credibility you may have had as an outsider wanting to initiate reform. May we suggest showing some respect for your constituents? Buy an alarm clock, use it, and try to be on time from now on. If not, please step aside and let someone more professional, more capable and more punctual do the job!
