Procedure
The issue is not just the reason they were dismissed, it was not just the timing of their dismissal, it is that absolutely no procedure was followed properly, respectfully or considerably by the Admin team or the Board. Accountability is the "Issue".
Upset about ending of the meeting
Wish the cameras could've gotten the PRESIDENT of the board pointing at a small group (that stayed til the end) saying "YOUR PEOPLE ARE ALL GONE"..., when we asked how after 4 hours of deliberation, how they could pretend all that was said, doesn't matter. They were closing the meeting to the public to go over the new applications...VERY, VERY scary for our kids. That this type of person is in charge of making decisons for our children. Our school is in jeopardy, and it scares me So much! Two of our leaders are the MOST disrespectful men that I have ever met...yet our mission statement talks about care and respect to others...makes me feel mad just to read it.
