StarNews Circulation Manager busted for embezzlement

Police arrested StarNews Circulation Manager Richard Scott Wiggs Monday and charged him with stealing money from the newspaper. According to the StarNews, investigators say he stole more than $100,000 over a two year period. The paper's parent company, The New York Times, say he he stole at least $52,000.
