Waterspouts seen across the area; landfall seen at Carolina Beach

A tornado warning has expired for southern New Hanover County. For more than an hour, storms, including water spouts and tornadoes battered Carolina Beach. We have crews on the scene and will have a full wrap-up tonight on WWAY NewsChannel 3 starting at 5 p.m.
