FIRST ON 3: Judge extends protective order against Berger

A judge has extended a protective order against New Hanover County Commissioner Brian Berger. Judge Sandra Ray Criner made the decision just before noon Friday after a hearing involving Berger and his ex-girlfriend Heather Blaylock.
