ONLY ON 3: New Hanover Co. spends $600+ to promote town hall; Only 15 show up

We've learned that the county spent more than $600 to do a telemarketing blitz to alert people in the area about the town hall. A total of about 15 people showed up, and most of them said they learned about the meeting because of the sign in front of the school. That works out to be about $45 per person.
