New Hanover Co. Board votes in favor for D.C. Virgo to become charter school

The question of the night: what to do with D.C. Virgo Middle School. A few were in favor of keeping D.C. Virgo as a traditional school, but when all was said and done, the majority voted in favor of pursuing a charter school application.
