FIRST ON 3: Commissioner Warren files report, 'threatened' by viral video

Even through the holidays the ongoing saga involving a Brunswick County Commissioner continues. This week Commissioner Charles Warren filed a report with the Sheriff's Office. The incident report Warren filed yesterday says the commissioner felt threatened. In the report he says the attack came in the form of a YouTube video in his e-mail.
