Leland settles with another police officer over claim

The town of Leland settled yet another claim against the town from a Leland police officer at the Thursday night special council meeting. The settlement says officer Kevin Foss will resign as an employee, the claim he filed will be dismissed, and the records concerning the situation will be sealed.
