New Hanover Commission appoints Ted Davis as chairman

The New Hanover County Board of Commissioners has a new leader. At a meeting Monday night, commissioners voted unanimously to appoint member Ted Davis as the new chairman of the board. He will replace commissioner Jonathan Barfield.
