I'm waiting for the news
I'm waiting for the news media to go one step too far with this man's personal problems, then disclose any finding's they may get their hands on, or assume his mental state is in to the general public.
I'm not taking any sides with anyone in this situation, but the media has a tendency to stretch its boundaries for the sake of ratings and self made foregone conclusions.
If an individual does have mental issues, public figure, a coworker, or anyone USA, there are certain protection rights those individuals have to keep their unfortunate health issues from the public's eye.
All I've ever read on this man and comments from the public don't seem to take in account that if in fact, his mental health is very unstable, all the public wants to do is take this man to the boxing ring and kick his A**! Public figure or not, where there are mental health issues determined by a board certified psychiatric physician in a case with any individual, uneducated public point of view is cheap ranting shots that can do way more damage then good. As for some of the comments I've read from self made determinations here, there are a few out there in need of a mental evaluation themselves!
If his actions towards his colleagues are deemed punitive in sound mind, there again is another matter at hand.
Go to far prematurely with the news, and the media can be faced with this in court:

HIPAA stands for "Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act"
I believe his lawyer is patiently waiting for this protection violation to occur, then we will all be reading a different tune afterwards.
Give the media an inch, they'll take a mile every time ;-)
Stay Tuned!
