FIRST ON 3: African-American scammers targeting local black community with Black Farmers Settlement

Scammers taking advantage of the federal government's Black Farmers Settlement are targeting the local black community. Word got out that if you showed up Friday at the Ekklesia United Holy Church on 17th Street and Market, filled out an online form, then had it notarized on site for $20, you could apply to receive part of the proposed $1 billion settlement.

The pastor of the Church, Stephen Bradley blocked the reporter from talking to the 'scammers'. Wonder if he was one of the one's in the 'Think Tank' that came up with this scam. HUNDREDS paid the $20.00 fee, a hundred people X $20.oo = $2,ooo.oo! This group of scammers ought to be handcuffed and booked. It would not be a surprise if this scam was done by Leader's of illegal enterprises that possibly are linked to the Nation of Blood gang.
