Obviously you did not attend the council meeting last night where they stated the lease agreement would be for 20 years, and both the Atlanta Braves/Mandalay Baseball would have ownership. This shows that the team is not going anywhere for a long time if approved. If you have ever been to a Durham Bulls game recently you would understand the effects it has had on Downtown Durham with economic development and revitalization of downtown. Another point that was brought to the table last night at the meeting.
