I am writing to you regarding the story of Mr Nixon's mold problem.
I had been employed by Cypress Grove for the past 9 years and let go in July of 2011 for no good reason.
Mr. Nixon is correct for doing what he did. Management does nothing for the residents there and I would like to cite a few examples.
The resident in apartment 18C has a wet spot on her ceiling which came from a leaky roof over two years ago!!! As of today, the spot is still there!! She also is having health problems
There is a gentleman in apartment 19A who had a flood in his apartment from a toilet leak and then a water heater leak. Cypress Grove NEVER replaced his carpet...they just took the padding out from under it and put fans in to dry it out!!! The gentleman in 22a was having health problems, his refrigerator was leaking, and management ignored his request for several months.
The residents at Cypress Grove are wonderful people and that is their home. Management needs to do more than just collect the rent...
