Barfield tops Democratic field for New Hanover County Commission

Incumbent Jonathan Barfield Jr. finished ahead of his Democratic challengers in the race for New Hanover County Commission Tuesday night. He, along with newcomers Robert Zapple and Robert Murray, will move ahead to the general election in November.
